1. License Grant

Upon purchase, CorgReview grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software, tied to the email address used at the time of purchase. Commercial use is permitted — you may use CorgReview for work performed on behalf of your employer. However, each individual user requires their own license. If your employer wishes to provide CorgReview to multiple employees, a separate license must be purchased for each user.

2. Purchase and Updates

CorgReview is available for a one-time purchase of $19. This includes access to all features and updates through version 1.x. Future major versions (e.g., v2.0) may require a separate purchase. We will communicate any such changes in advance.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, share, or make the software available to others outside the terms of your license
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend your license to any third party
• Use the software as the basis for building a competing product or service

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to CorgReview, including but not limited to the software, documentation, design, and branding, remain the exclusive property of CorgReview. Your purchase constitutes a license to use the software — it does not transfer any ownership rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

CorgReview is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CorgReview's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software. In no event shall CorgReview be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

7. Refunds

8. Support

We're happy to help with questions and issues via email at hello@corgreview.com. While we strive to be responsive and helpful, support is provided voluntarily and at our sole discretion. Your purchase of CorgReview does not entitle you to any specific level of support, response time, or resolution guarantee.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of CorgReview after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
